Your Inspection

What to Expect from
Your Inspection

Top to bottom, inside and out, using the latest tools and technology.

We'll inspect the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology. We encourage you to attend your inspection so that we can describe our process, explain our findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions. As a state-licensed Certified Master Inspector trained by InterNACHI, we follow comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice.

Following our evaluation, we'll compile our findings in an easy-to-read report, which will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution digital photos of any issues we've discovered. We'll email you your report within 24 hours, and our job isn't finished until you understand everything in it.

Foundations, Basements & Crawl Spaces

We will examine the foundation, basements and crawl spaces to look for signs of past water damage, foundation cracking or shifting, and other potentially expensive issues.

Attic, Ventilation & Insulation

We will examine the attic to ensure it is properly ventilated, check for mold and moisture, assess the level of insulation, and more.

Roof

The roof is one of the most costly and important structures. We will examine the roof structure, shingles/tiles, flashing, gutters, downspouts and more.
